To design sharing functionality for the Knowly platform, giving users control over who can view participants’ answers (admins, managers, combinations, or no one) and introducing online shareable reports to replace the current workaround of taking screenshots.

I worked with the Knowly to explore how sharing could become a seamless part of the learning experience. We considered both privacy needs and organisational workflows, focusing on creating simple controls for admins and managers to set access levels. Alongside this, I designed concepts for shareable reports that would allow stakeholders outside the platform to easily review training outcomes without compromising security or usability.

The concepts provided Knowly with a clear direction for implementing flexible sharing controls and professional shareable reports. These designs reduced reliance on manual workarounds, aligned with organisational reporting needs, and laid the foundation for a more scalable and user-friendly platform.
